The Little Log House Company designs and builds the most beautiful homes with details inspired by fairytales. Their models are nothing short of breathtaking and whimsical and feature handmade details and gorgeous natural wood logs. The “Stunning Gate Lodge” below is one of their tiny houses and at only 296 square feet it lives up to its name!
The exterior of the home features log siding with double glazed windows and wood shingles. A muted yellow door gives a sunny entrance to the home and the deep porch and balcony beg you to stay outside and enjoy the scenery.
Inside, pine flooring compliments the log walls adding to the natural beauty of the wood. The floorplan is mostly open with the dining, living, and kitchen areas all combined into one large space.
The cozy living room has enough room for a couch and chairs and built-in storage in the corners of the room save floor space while giving a place for lighting and a small TV.
The dining area is off to the side of the house and features a straw lighting fixture and a large square dining table with plenty of room for guests to sit while sharing a meal or playing games.
The kitchen features mostly open storage with a mini-fridge and small cooktop. A round sink is tucked into the corner of the kitchen on the custom wooden countertops.
A custom pine staircase shows off the craftsmanship of the home and gives easy access to the bedrooms upstairs.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. One is a larger room with a sitting area and its own private balcony!
The master bedroom is absolutely massive with a soaring ceiling and plenty of natural light from the balcony door and windows.
The seating area has a small couch and wardrobe tucked below the pitched roof.
Back downstairs is a small but fully functional bathroom with a glass shower stall and full-sized toilet.
It’s hard to believe so much was squeezed into such a tiny house but this log cabin definitely lives large!
