NJ Tiny House builders are based out of New Jersey and specialize in designing and building high-tech tiny houses. Their latest model is the “Cassie” and it’s 238 square feet of high-quality construction and even higher technology including Bluetooth streaming, SMART TV’s and Bluetooth controlled lighting. The house is built on a 20-foot trailer and sells for $59,900.
The exterior of the house is made from stained tongue and groove pine with composite roofing. Painted trim gives the house architectural appeal without taking away from the natural beauty of the wood.
Inside the home is wrapped in tongue and groove pine and wainscoting. A small living area is just big enough for a cozy couch to be tucked in the corner across from the TV on the opposite wall.
A large SMART TV is mounted on the wall across from the couch and has all of the latest technology and can be controlled with your phone!
The home features an L-shaped kitchen with a three-burner propane stove and oven. Custom upper and lower cabinets give plenty of room for storage and a deep sink is placed in front of the window.
A fold-out table is on the wall across from the kitchen and can be folded out when dining or laid flat against the wall when not in use.
A compact refrigerator with freezer is tucked under the loft access next to a large pantry.
Upstairs the loft has enough space for a full or queen sized bed and also has a tall ceiling and plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows on both sides of the room.
Two separate lofts are available for storage so you won’t run out of room for your items. The loft also has another SMART TV mounted in the corner so you can enjoy your favorite shows while relaxing in bed.
Back downstairs, the bathroom is located between the living and kitchen area and features a full-sized shower stall.
An RV toilet and wall-mounted sink are also in the bathroom.
