In many ways, the definition of a “tiny” home is quite variable. One person’s “tiny” house may actually appear quite large to another.
For example, you might think that the idea of living in a motorhome or a comparably sized tiny house means squeezing into tight quarters, but the owner of this tiny home by Rustic Campers would probably disagree with you.
Yes, what we are looking at here is a van. You can already tell just from the outside though that this is not an ordinary van. It has been augmented with an awning. You also can glimpse some curtains as well as some wood siding which has been added to the interior.
Speaking of which, the inside of this van is just breathtaking …
Have you ever seen a van that looks like that? This is incredible! It really looks like a real home. You can almost forget that it is a van at all, aside from the distinctive shape of the windows, which are of course a dead giveaway. Beautiful wood does a great job disguising the floor and walls. Amazingly, a comfortable bed and a kitchen have been squeezed into this tiny space. Even with that, there is some extra floor space and even some storage.
There is a curtain between the seats up front and the living area in the back. So if it is desired, it can be pulled shut and one can forget that this is a vehicle at all.
The seats up front swivel, and there is a small table. That means that this space remains functional evne when the vehicle is parked.
This angle gives you another look at the awning. This makes it possible to enjoy the outdoor space wherever the vehicle is parked.
There is both a stove and oven in this little kitchen.
I love that teal color which is used throughout the interior. It contrasts nicely with the other wood tones, and brings a rustic, earthy feel to the van.
This photo shows off the cabinets and counter space in the kitchen.
Because the bed is located right in the back, it is possible to open up the back doors wide, letting in the fresh air. Can you imagine what it would be like to relax in that bed surrounded by beautiful scenery? At night, you could stare out at the stars as you fell asleep.
It is amazing how much drawer space is in this kitchen!
A gorgeous view out a gorgeous window.
