A lot of tiny house manufacturers only sell the most bare-boned version of a dwelling and leave you to figure out everything concerning wiring, plumbing, hookups, appliances, and so on. What if you just want a tiny house which is ready to go? Look to Wheelhaus.
With Wheelhaus expanding its catalog rapidly, I thought it was about time to catch up our readers on their fabulous designs! Let’s check out the “Lookout” model.
You can see the brilliance in the Lookout model right from the off. Two of the walls of the living area are essentially glass, which means that sunlight can pour inside and occupants can look out at the beautiful scenery. The back area with the sleeping quarters is more private. Meanwhile, a large awning extends out over top of an enclosed porch, providing a sheltered outdoor living space and entryway.
Variations on the design are available. This one has a different roof design, and the porch has been left open without the railing.
A couple of different floor plans are offered:
Excluding decks, these units measure 38 feet long. With the decks, they are 47 feet long. All of them are 10.5 feet in width.
The walls come fully insulated, and there are hookups for sewer, water, and electric. Further, each of these units has all the appliances you need for comfortable living, which means all you have to buy on your own is the furniture as well as the lines for your hookups.
With 400 square feet of living space, this home is large enough to sleep 4 adults.
