A couple in Portland designed and built their dream tiny house which they planned to make their forever-home. However, life had different plans and they’re now having to sell it in order to move on to their next chapter in life. The good news (for us) is that their incredible eco-friendly tiny house is now up for sale! The 260 square foot house is truly one-of-a-kind and can be yours for $65,000.
Inside, the home is bright and spacious with tall ceilings, neutral colors, and a cork floor. The living area has built-in bookshelves with a small table and chairs placed in front to eat at or it can be collapsed to free up more space.
The kitchen is in the center of the home with the loft above and the bathroom at the back of the house. A custom ladder gives you access to the ladder and can be tucked to the side when not needed.
The loft has multiple windows which let natural light and fresh air fill the room. White shiplap lines the walls and you have enough room for a queen-sized bed and storage pieces.
While the kitchen is small, it gives you a compact refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, and a sink with several cabinets for storage. We love the white shiplap walls and wood accents in this space!
