This just may be one of our favorite tiny houses that we’ve seen and it just so happens to be for sale at a great price in Indiana! This 200 square foot home is exquisite with a trendy style and unexpected touches like a rooftop deck and a copper refrigerator that is definitely an attention-grabber. The home measures 18 feet by 8 feet and is listed at $35,000 which seems to include a few acres of land according to the listing description. Take a look at this pretty girl!
There’s nothing about the exterior of this tiny house that we don’t love. From the garage door to the copper rail on the rooftop deck, this home is truly stunning with gray siding and a built-in storage closet.
The interior of the house doesn’t let you down, either. The main door is a beautiful wood Dutch door and across from it is a garage door that can be rolled up to let you out onto the folding deck. The walls are covered in wide planks that are whitewashed and the warm hardwood floors add depth to the home.
A winding staircase takes you up to the loft which we unfortunately don’t have any pictures of but you can get a glimpse of the copper fridge from here!
A white sofa is in the living room and can be used as a guest bed if needed. The white table next to it can be folded out into a dining table giving you plenty of room to entertain guests. And of course, this room has gorgeous and expansive views thanks to the huge windows that surround it.
The kitchen is in the back of the home and is one of the pretties that we’ve seen yet! Thick wood countertops were added to turquoise cabinets with a huge farmhouse sink in front of the window. A copper faucet was chosen which looks perfect with the refrigerator that really steals the show in this kitchen.
We love that the refrigerator is built up so you don’t have to squat to look inside. They also added open cubbies to store linens and small items in pretty baskets. It all comes together perfectly!
