If you are looking for an opportunity to purchase a tiny house at wholesale prices, a company called Heritage Housing Athens in Athens, Georgia allows you to do so for just $350 a month if you choose to pay in installments. Let’s take a look at some of what they have to offer.
Tiny house models are available measuring 399 ft.² and 492 ft.².
The beautiful, spacious porches that you see come with the homes and are included in the prices.
While I am not seeing a lot in the way of windows here, this tiny house looks like it would afford more privacy than the average tiny home. That is an important and underrated feature since a lot of people will be parking their homes in communities rather than on large plots of land.
Plus, when you see the gorgeous interiors of these homes, you probably won’t mind the lack of windows at all.
With the reduced number of windows, it is indeed darker in this interior than it is in many other tiny houses. Nonetheless, the interior of the home is instantly eye-catching with its breathtaking decor and color scheme. It does not seem cramped, but it does seem cozy.
There is a full-size downstairs bedroom. This is ideal for those who cannot climb stairs, or simply prefer to have more vertical space in the room where they sleep. An actual bedroom also provides much more privacy and a feeling of seclusion when it is needed.
Here’s another interior. It is astonishingly bright and well-lit considering once again the lack of windows.
The home features an entirely different color scheme and decor style, but it’s just as appealing as the first one. It also has a more open feeling in general while still retaining its cozy character.
Here, some of the decorative influences actually do resemble those in the previous interior which I shared. I really cannot praise this bedroom highly enough. It is roomy, can be closed off entirely from the main living space, has a fan overhead to circulate air, and even has a slight vaulting to the ceiling to make it feel even more spacious. The widescreen TV looks like it is probably located at a pretty good height if one were sitting upright in the bed.
The bathroom is also gorgeous, featuring wood walls and cabinets and a frosted glass shower door with the same minty green color which is used throughout the home. The entire vibe is very luxurious.
