There are so many gorgeous tiny houses by Park Model Homes! One of the latest is this Woodland Park Model, custom built for a customer in Washington state.
You can see a couple of hallmark features of Park Model Homes here. To start with, what stands out the most are the windows which front the tiny house, taking up most of the wall. The next feature you will notice is probably the pitched roof, followed by the pleasant neutral color of the siding.
The colors the customer selected for the interior also are neutral and basic. With the way that the countertop in the kitchen is angled, you get a contemporary feel from this space. This also helps to keep the living area more open and the countertop within better reach for the cook.
From this photo, I am not positive whether I’m looking at an entertainment center or a spot for a smokeless fireplace. Either way, it is clearly the heart of the home, and one of its most elegant features. The same beautiful hardwood which graces the floor also adorns the wall.
Here’s another photo of the main living area, this time showing off those beautiful windows which you saw from outside. Long curtains have been installed so that they can instantly be screened off to provide privacy when desired. The rest of the time, they let in the light and the view, bringing a luxurious feel to the living room.
A photo of the bathroom shows you the toilet and vanity. There is more counter space here than a lot of tiny house bathrooms include. This is quite refreshing, since counters in bathrooms are pretty useful.

The light fixtures in the kitchen give the space an industrial flourish and also complement the dark trim as well as the black railing that separates the loft from the rest of the living space.
Park Model Homes reports that the buyer who commissioned the home was particularly happy with the colors, and it is easy to see why.
