Adam Lehman has been a contractor for over 15 years with experience in everything imaginable from cabinets to luxurious multi-million dollar homes. His experience definitely shows in the quality of the craftsman-style tiny house that he built by himself. The immaculate tiny house called the Tiffany is now for sale for $72,000.
The exterior of the home is eye-catching with calming blue tones and tons of windows. Jeremy went the extra mile and built the stained glass front door that welcomes you as you step onto the tiny porch.
Inside, the walls are painted white while the trim and beams were stained to expose the beauty of the natural wood. Hand carved posts line the loft and staircase and show off the craftsmanship of the Tiffany.
The living area features a custom bench with a padded cushion across from a mounted TV. You also have a pop-up table that can be used for dining or work and cushioned ottomans that can be used for seating or to prop your feet up while on the couch.
One of the neat features in the home are the exposed beams that run the width of the home like this one which also has a unique ceiling fan attached to it.
The kitchen is tucked into the corner by the front door and features a full-sized cooking range and oven as well as a large farmhouse sink. We love the beautiful cabinets and the pendant lights and all the charm that they add to the tiny kitchen. And of course, there’s the full-size stainless-steel refrigerator which is built into the cabinets between the kitchen and living area.
Towards the other end of the house, you have a laundry area with a built in washer and dryer combo and folding area.
The stairs leading up to the loft conceal storage in each step.
Upstairs, the loft is nothing short of dreamy with a barrel ceiling and tons of built-in storage behind the head of the bed. Large and long windows let fresh air and natural light flood in and you have enough room for a large bed plus room to get around in!
But we’ve left the most impressive part for last: the bathroom! Featuring a custom corner vanity with a vessel bowl sink and stained glass lighting fixture, this bathroom is absolutely gorgeous!
A massive tiled shower gives you a spa-like experience with plenty of room to move around in. You also have a composting toilet and shiplap walls.
