Alpine Tiny Homes out of Utah have three impressive models that we’re going to be sharing with you over a few posts. The first one up is the Brown Bear model which is a 224 square foot home measuring 28 feet long and 8 feet wide. It also has an 112 square feet in its multiple loft spaces.
Inside, the home is designed to meet all of the needs of a family including a split bedroom for the kids! The floors are made from durable wood vinyl and color scheme features warm and welcoming shades of blue and wood.
The kitchen and dining areas stretch between the two ends of the house and feature quartz countertops and white cabinets. A deep stainless-steel sink is on one end of the counter and there are also full-sized appliances.
The living room has a large couch which can double as a guest bed or just a comfy place to watch TV from. Large built-in cabinets give room to store games and books.
The master loft fits a queen-sized bed and has two windows to let in natural light and fresh air. Wall sconces also give you light so you can read in bed at night.
The kid’s loft is on the other side of the home and it has a unique feature that parents will love: a wall! The large loft is split down the middle but a wall so the kids can have their own private room with enough space for a twin bed on each side. We think this is a huge selling point for families!
That wall doesn’t just divide the space, though, it also has storage in it and you can even add a small TV that attaches to the inside of the door!
Back downstairs, a large bathroom gives plenty of room for the family to share. A washer and dryer machine is tucked next to the shower and it’s all concealed behind a sliding pocket door.
It’s pretty easy to see why we think this is the perfect tiny house for families!
