Mint Tiny House Company is a husband and wife team based in Vancouver who is dedicated to making their customer’s dreams of home ownership come true. Their home designs are beautiful with attention to detail and mindfulness to nature. We think you’ll love their Napa Edition tiny house as much as we do with its blend of modern and cozy all in one sweet and tiny package.
The exterior of the home is wrapped in wood siding with corrugated metal accents and a metal roof. Multiple windows are on all sides of the home and you also have a small storage closet attached to the trailer hitch.
The inside of the home features pitched ceilings with dark wood against lighter wood walls and dark trim. Dark hardwood floors run throughout the home and a compact ceiling fan helps circulate air.
The home is nice and open with the living room on one end of the home and a long bar extending from it to the kitchen with long windows lining the walls. The bar is great for dining with a view and you can also use it for a workspace when needed.
Next to the bar is a wall-mounted stove that provides heat to the home in cooler seasons.
The kitchen is in the center of the home with the large loft above it. Track lighting was installed under alongside the beams on the kitchen ceiling to give subtle light when needed. We love the clear line of sight that you have in this home!
The kitchen is small but it gives you enough amenities to prepare a meal including a gas cooktop, refrigerator, and storage space.
The bathroom is on the far end of the home behind a pocket door which saves on floor space. A slim shower stall, wall mounted sink, and toilet are all in the small space that’s wrapped in corrugated metal and wood siding.
The loft is reached by a custom metal ladder that’s attached to the wall between the living room and kitchen.
The loft is spacious with plenty of windows and even a skylight! Wall sconces give you light after the sun goes down and you have room for a king-sized bed with ample headroom as well.
We love this tiny home and we’re sure that you did, too! If you want to learn more about Mint Tiny Homes, go to http://minttinyhomes.com. You can also follow them on social media at:
