The Hillcrest comes in three sizes: 170 square feet for $36,995; 204 square feet for $42,995; 240 square feet for $46,995.
The exterior of the Hillcrest is wrapped in premium wood paneling and has composite asphalt roof panels and is fully insulated for year-round living. We also love the arched roof line and how it adds charm and appeal to the home.
A small porch can be pulled up to the front door when the home is in place and gives enough room for a rocking chair.
Inside, the home is light and bright with buttery walls and a beautiful hardwood floor and wood ceilings.
The kitchen is on the side of the home and comes with white cabinets and a stainless steel sink. The countertops are butcher block and you have an electric stove and mini fridge.
On the side of the kitchen is the platform for your bed with storage below. A mattress can be added on top and you could also add curtains for privacy.
