When it comes to prefabricated cabin kits, it is hard to beat the amazing selection offered by BZB Cabins and Outdoors! Recently I have been exploring the small and medium size cabins this company offers, and I have just been totally blown away by how incredible they are! Each BZB kit is made to be easy to assemble, even for those with limited tools and experience in construction. Let’s take a look at one of their most charming cabins, the BlueBell!
Many of BZB’s cabins have a rustic look to them, but this one is all contemporary vibes and minimalist design. The front wall is dominated by floor-to-ceiling windows and large glass doors. There is also a wide porch which wraps around the domicile. As a result, the interior feels connected to the outdoors.
The porch extends out to the side of the building, providing enough space to set up chairs, benches, tables, etc. This would be a great spot for grilling out and entertaining guests.
The home can be ordered in three different colors: white, light green, and dark green. I think they all look great, but personally my favorite is the dark green. It offsets the white trim well.
There are no photographs of the interior, but there is this graphic providing an overhead view of the layout. You can see that there is easily room here for a kitchenette, a small dining nook, an entertainment center or desk, and a couch which could expand into a full-size bed.
The BlueBell’s inside floor area measures 212 square feet in all. The interior is fully finished, with no additional work needed, and the floor and roof construction materials are included as part of the kit. The house is made from sturdy Nordic spruce, and includes pre-assembled gables, pre-hung glazed windows and doors, and all the fixings, nails, screws, handles and locks needed.
What’s really cool is that BZB is protecting the environment through sustainable harvesting. For every tree which the company harvests for its cabin kits, five more are planted.
BlueBell is available to order for $13,600 as of the time of this writing. Learn more here on the BZB website.
