The 250 square foot Blue Heron is one of their tiny houses that’s currently listed for $78,000.
Inside, the home has light gray wood siding on the walls with rustic hardwood floors and beautiful tongue and groove ceilings. The neutral colors and tall ceilings throughout the home give it a spacious and modern feeling that’s suitable for almost anyone.
We love the wooden ceiling and beams in this home! The builders also chose a unique ceiling fan and light that cools the home while looking stylish and modern.
Built-in furniture fills the home’s living room with two benches across from one another and next to the storage staircase. With storage drawers under each seat, a ledge above the window, and drawers built into the steps, you should have plenty of places to store your items.
The home is kept warm by a wood-burning stove that sits between the living room and kitchen. This unit contributes to the home’s ability to be off-grid in any season.
The Blue Heron’s kitchen has dark wood cabinets with marble-looking countertops and a double-basin stainless steel sink. A slim-profiled cutting board was custom made to fit on top of the cabinets and grip the edge for stability.
The kitchen also has a full-sized stove and oven combo with a gas cooktop and a compact refrigerator. We love the gray tile backsplash that tiles together all of the colors in the house without being too flashy.
The bathroom is located in the back of the home and is roomy for a tiny house with plenty of countertop space next to the bowl sink for your toiletries. You also have a toilet and glass-door shower in the bathroom.
Upstairs, the loft feels enormous thanks to extra headroom and a large skylight. You have room for a queen-sized bed to fit in here comfortably and the windows will give a nice cross-breeze to keep the room from feeling stuffy.
