We’ve seen a few houses from Molecule Tiny Homes so far and each of them had something unique about them but none of them had the adventurous spirit of the one we’re showing you next! This 8×24 tiny house is called The Venture and it features its very own rock climbing wall leading to a rooftop deck! The home sold for $65,000 but they can always build another one just for you.
With dark wood siding and green trim, the home automatically feels playful and you can rest assured that it doesn’t take itself too seriously!
The rock climbing wall is attached to the side of the home and is the perfect way to access the large rooftop deck.
Inside, the home has blonde wood on all surfaces with wide planks on the floor. The kitchen has custom cabinets with wooden countertops and a space for a washer/dryer combo and a mini-fridge on top.
Across from the laundry machine and fridge is a huge pantry that can store food items or clothes.
On the other end of the kitchen are an electric cooktop and more cabinet space.
The dining area and living room are next to each other with a small table that can be folded flat when not in use. The benches used for seating can be rearranged as needed and have large storage compartments under the lids.
An open floor plan makes The Venture feel huge and airy with tall ceilings and multiple windows that let natural light and fresh air stream in.
Custom features like this light fixture make this home truly one-of-a-kind.
This home has two lofts which can be used for bedrooms or storage.
Back downstairs is a colorful bathroom with a cheerful blue shower stall and a bright purple vanity and medicine cabinet. You won’t have trouble waking up when you walk in here!
A small composting toilet is tucked next to the shower.
This home is ready for the next adventure down the road!
