Based in New England, Jamaica Cottage Shop is a company which sells beautiful tiny houses with plenty of northeastern flair. One particularly lovely tiny cottage offered by the company is the Gibraltar Cabin.

The tiny cabin has a wide porch and an overhang supported by rough-hewn timber pillars.
The house has a decidedly rustic style, made all the more so with some quaint decorative embellishments such as this country bench and log pile (both functional as well as aesthetic). This particular model boasts a bright red door, adding some color and cheer to the exterior.
Spruced up for autumn, this version of the tiny cabin showcases its potential to serve a variety of functions. Step inside …
Here you see the tiny cabin as a store! Its rural theme fits perfectly with the merchandise on display, and helps to create a welcoming, old-fashioned ambiance which is perfect for getting customers in the mood to buy.
Of course, the tiny cabin can work equally well as a residential structure. Here you see it with an extension along the right-hand side. Patio furniture on the porch provides outdoor seating. Raised up slightly above the surrounding meadow, it offers a nice view of its surroundings, all while complementing them with its rural architecture.
Here is another version of the house with some different patio furnishings and décor. These choices give the house a slightly different flavor, though it is still decidedly rural.
This is a nice view which I wish more tiny house manufacturers would offer. Here, you get to see what it would be like to sit under the awning on the porch. You can see that it does an excellent job providing shade.
Of course, you’ve been wanting to see what the cabin looks like inside. Here is the interior: lots of wood, windows, and rustic touches.
While it is certainly a small space, it looks about the right size to work as a home office to me. I imagine that you could also live in here if it were just you, or maybe you and one other person.
I think that this is probably the version of the cabin which includes the extension.
It is enough to offer an entire second room. This would be great if you wanted to have a traditional bedroom as part of your living space.
The main area looks like it would be large enough to accommodate both a living room and a kitchen.
The house looks so beautiful tucked away in the woods surrounded by flowers and trees! If you enjoy gardening, there is a special option you can purchase with the addition of cedar flower boxes.
If you want to order this cabin, you can buy the plans and take care of the rest on your own, or you can get a kit with all the parts you need, or you can have the house delivered to you pre-assembled (which is free in the US and Eastern Canada). Those who are able to swing by the Vermont factory to get theirs get $499 off the price.
