Arizona-based builders Lux Tiny specialize in custom tiny houses and even took their passion to a new level by creating the first tiny house community in the White Mountains of Arizona. One of their models that were recently released is the Julie which sells for around $79,900. The home has 399 square feet with an additional 200 square feet in the loft. The exterior of the home is attractive with multiple shades of neutrals and a metal roof with tons of windows on every side.
Inside, the home has extra tall ceilings with plenty of natural light thanks to the multiple windows throughout the floor plan. The living room was given an accent wall in a pretty plum color and you’ll see that it’s not the only accent in the house!
The kitchen is roomy with three sides of countertop space and open shelving above the cabinets. A full-sized oven and cooktop are next to the refrigerator and you also have a large double-basin sink below the kitchen window.
A slim alcove was used creatively to store wine bottles and glasses and it was painted a bright chartreuse shade to make the space pop.
Next to the staircase is a separate area for an office with another accent wall to make sure you’re alert when you’re working.
The home’s bathroom is large with full-sized amenities like a tub and shower combo, flushable toilet, and custom sink vanity.
The home has two large loft spaces which have been set up as a bedroom and additional living area. The bedroom has room for a queen-sized bed with a skylight over the head of the bed. The other loft has plenty of space for a futon and cushions making it a great room for kids or guests.
This home is spacious and modern and at $79,900, it’s a great place for the quality of workmanship that the builders are known for!
