This adorable tiny house is by Raw Design Creative and it definitely puts the emphasis on “creative” design! The Homestead is a 210 square foot tiny house on wheels that features gorgeous blue siding, metal accents, and cedar trim with a fun green door that greets you. There are also two drawbridge decks that can be lowered when stationary and even a mini deck for flowers! This home is currently listed for sale at $65,000.
We love the unique shade of blue that they used on the house and the way it looks against the cedar trim. The same cedar was used on the large drawbridge decks that are perfect for setting a couple of rocking chairs on.
The back deck is even large enough for a small dining set. When the deck is lowered, it reveals storage and some of the home’s larger equipment pieces.
Shall we go inside?
As you walk through the bright green door, you step into the kitchen which is nicely equipped with stainless steel appliances and tons of storage in the white cabinets. Wood countertops give you room to prepare meals and there’s also a stainless steel sink.
The appliances are compact but fully functional allowing you to have everything you need in less space.
Tall storage cabinets are across from the sink giving you plenty of room to store pantry items.
The back of the home has one of the most creative setups that we’ve seen in a tiny house. Multiple levels give you three areas in one space: the bedroom, living/dining room, and a couch area that can serve as a bed.
The lower part of the area is a comfy bedroom with a large mattress and built-in storage for books and small items. It’s a cozy area that somehow manages to avoid being stuffy thanks to a wide window at the foot of the bed.
A small TV is also mounted in one corner letting you watch movies while relaxing in bed.
The middle level is a storage and seating area with a bar for dining and built-in storage.
The top level is a padded bench that can also serve as a bed. On each side of the room are large compartments that can be opened up to reveal storage space.
Back downstairs, the bathroom is off of the kitchen behind a small sliding barn door. Inside, you have a wood vanity area with a small stainless steel sink and white cabinet below.
Next to the sink is the shower stall and toilet with built-in storage surrounding the toilet and window.
We love how clever of a design this tiny house! There’s even more to see though so take a minute to check out the video tour at https://youtu.be/IEYy5nELcQw.
