Hummingbird Housing is a company out of Danville, Georgia specializing in one-of-a-kind tiny houses. Their tiny house model weighs 9,500 pounds and has about 200 square feet in it and is 22 feet long. The homes feature real wood floors, retractable porches, and beautiful finishes. Take a look at their model house with wood clapboard siding and a metal roof.
Inside, the home is covered in wide wood siding with dark hardwood floors and red accents. The kitchen is at one end of the home with a living area between it. There are several different models to choose from, however, and some have a galley kitchen instead.
The model with the galley kitchen also has a cozy corner fireplace with built-in shelving above it for knick-knacks.
Built-ins and storage are a common thread among all of their models giving you plenty of room to store personal items throughout the home.
The lofts in the models are also spacious with room for queen-sized beds and built-in nightstands. Windows surround the bed to let natural light and fresh air fill the room.
Hummingbird has a focus on quality woodwork and customized their homes to fit the customer’s needs. Bathrooms are spacious and have flushing toilets while living rooms features storage lofts and nooks for large pieces of furniture.
