Finding spacious and functional tiny houses can be easy, but finding a tiny space that is carefully and mindfully designed can be tricky. And that’s exactly where this 26’ custom built tiny house comes into the picture.
With internal mini blinds on the front door, 7/8” Thermopane Low E Argon windows with filled 1/8” glass that tilt in for cleaning, a porch light and a GFCI outlet at the front of the house, the house really speaks a lot about how much thought and effort has gone into creating it.
The office/desk area comes with USB outlets and a pull-out breakfast table. You’ll also find a pull down & swivel adjustable TV wall bracket that is pre wired for cable with easy access under the house. There is an under the cabinet “toe touch on” house vacuum system with attachments here as well.
The kitchen features butcher block countertops, Amish-made shaker kitchen cabinets with soft close hinges & drawer slides, a stainless steel full sized, extra deep sink with a drying rack & cutting board and some appliances including a 24” 4 burners gas stove with oven & broiler plus bottom storage drawer, a 24” microwave/ stove hood vent combo, and a 24” stainless refrigerator with top freezer.
There is a 24V electric elevator bed for a king or queen mattress here. The battery and maintainer for the bed are in the 8’ cedar closet with light and a sliding barn door. When the bed is in the down position, there is a built-in bookshelf with a light, a USB port outlet and some additional storage shelf above.
There’s also an additional loft bedroom over the bathroom that can be accessed using the ladder.
The bathroom packs in a 36” x 36” designer shower with a rain head shower and a hand-held shower, tiled walls, a glass sliding door,
a standard flush toilet with an above the toilet storage cabinet,
a 36” bathroom vanity with mirrored medicine cabinet and over the mirror lighting.
That’s not all- the house also comes with a Senville mini split central heat & air, an electric fireplace, a ceiling fan with light and a receptacle above kitchen cabinet for accent lighting.
