The spacious living room has a custom-built couch with 4” natural from with underneath storage, a fireplace with slate surround, and a folding teak table that can easily seat upto 7 people- perfect if you love to entertain.
The kitchen area is bright and airy thanks to its open layout and two large windows bringing in a lot of natural light. It has teak countertops with a large pull-out cutting surface, a large refrigerator with freezer, two stainless steel sinks, and a storage pantry upstairs.
The 40 sq ft bathroom boasts vinyl flooring and has a compost toilet, a Clawfoot tub, and some additional space to work with.
The bedroom on the main floor is an impressive 60 sq ft of space accommodating a bunk bed, some storage space and a vaulted area that has been set up as a workspace. The 100 sq ft loft bedroom is accessible through the stairs, and fits a queen mattress, still leaving quite a lot of space for bedside tables and a custom shelf and cloths hanging rod. There is an air conditioning unit fitted into the space, but thanks to the 6ft ceiling and the openable window that brings in ample air and natural light, the space appears bright and roomy.
