Tiny Home Size
- 445 sq ft area
Tiny Home Price
$40,000, located in Chippewa Falls, WI.
Tiny Home Features
- If you’re willing to shell out a little extra, the home can be made off-grid as well.
- Given it’s a two bedroom tiny home, the price tag of $40K makes this one a no-brainer.
- Apart from the two bedrooms on the main floor, you also get a loft for an additional sleeping area!
- If you’re into rustic residences, the home’s interior will be right up your alley.
On the outside, you are greeted by a super huge residence, reminiscent of a container home. What sets it apart, however, is the trailer it’s placed on. This makes it easily towable, a feature uncommon among larger offerings.
Interior-wise, things get more rustic with a cedar roof, wood floors and sliding cabin doors galore. It takes full advantage of its large footprint and puts two bedrooms on either end of the rustic residence.
The first room shares its space with the kitchenette and the living area. A pretty minimalistic setup here to make space for the two bedrooms. However, if a dedicated, spacious living area is a must, you’d be better off using the 8×10 loft as the second bedroom rather than storage.
Since the home is still under construction, there isn’t a lot to talk about except the bedrooms on either end being large enough for queen-sized beds, at least. If you decide to go with the one-loft-bedroom option, either of the rooms can comfortably host a U-style couch with a TV. Do your measurements before furnishing, and you can include a dining/work table in there as well.
The bathroom has the three standard fittings and can be made off-grid by installing a composting toilet (among other additions). Contact the manufacturer for more details.
At the end of the day, you’d be hard-pressed to find a sub-50K two bedroom tiny home like this one. That alone makes it a worthwhile choice, while all the other features just make it that much more lucrative.
