The main door on the side comes right into the living space and you look back toward the kitchen in the middle, loft above the kitchen, and bathroom at the very back of the home.
In the kitchenette, you have a breakfast nook at the end of one counter with the induction cooktop there beside the full-sized refrigerator. It appears this owner has a toaster oven as well, but you could easily replace this setup with a more traditional cooktop with an oven if you wanted.
A 2-burner cooktop may seem like it doesn’t have much to offer, but you will love this setup. It saves space, works wonderfully, and is very efficient.
The end of this counter gives you room for a single dining space or a small workspace if you prefer.
On the opposite side of the kitchen is another countertop with the sink, extra storage beneath, and a combination washer and dryer at the end of the space. You may also notice a lot of floating shelves around the area that are also meant for storage.
The loft space at the back of the home easily fits a queen-sized bed with a tight fit for additional space for storage. I love how they have added these built-in shelves as part of a headboard that is ideal for storage and a bedside table at the same time.
At the back of the home is a small bathroom with a shower stall and small storage space. It’s a smaller bathroom space but comfortable and modern.
Looking back from the back of the home you get an idea of the open space in the living area. While they have a table and chair here, you can easily put a sectional sofa, futon, or chairs.
