This 308 square foot home is from the Talbott Series and is currently for sale in Louisville, Kentucky for $64,800. With traditional styling and a view to die for, we think this is a tiny house worth every penny!
The exterior of the home is covered shades of gray with burgundy shutters and creamy trim. The eaves of the home are retractable making it easy to travel.
Inside, the home has beige bead board walls with white trim giving it a traditional and classic look throughout the floor plan. Double staircases are just inside the front door leading to the bathroom and loft.
Directly above the entry is the home’s crown jewel: the glass top ceiling. Large windows give you incredible views of the skies and towering trees while making the room feel expansive and open.
The kitchen is compact but well equipped with oak cabinets both on top and bottom, a cooktop, microwave, and double-basin stainless steel sink. A large cubby for a refrigerator is located under the staircase across from the plentiful cabinets.
Past the kitchen is a small carpeted area that can be used as a living area or even as a third sleeping area. The loft bedroom is above it and is accessed by a wide staircase.
The loft is bright with room for a queen-sized bed. An octagon-shaped window lets sunlight in and rails on the wall help you move around with ease.
The large bathroom is accessed by the second staircase inside the front door and features a cabinet with a porcelain sink in front of a large window. There’s also a full-sized toilet with the water heater above it and a large corner shower with glass doors.
