Titan Tiny Homes of South Elgin, Illinois focuses on building quality custom tiny homes for their customers all over the country. One of their models is the DeeDee which is a colorful tiny house that automatically puts a smile on your face with its cheerful disposition and color palette. The home comes furnished with a price tag of $95,000.
We love the buttery yellow siding on this home with green trim and French doors in a bold melon hue. A large front porch is off of the entry with plenty of room for a couple of rocking chairs.
Inside, the home is open with a spacious layout and tall ceilings. Multiple windows line the walls letting natural light stream in and brighten the home. The walls are painted a pale green color and the floors are ash brown giving a warm base to the home.
Stepping through the doors, you walk into a large living room with a coat closet, fireplace, and plenty of room for a couch and accent chair.
The kitchen and dining area is on the other side of the living room featuring buffet seating around a small round table with a chandelier above. The kitchen is fully-equipped with white appliances that match the cabinets and marble-like countertops which end in a small bar for quick dining.
There’s plenty of storage room in the kitchen with both upper and lower cabinets. Appliances include a full-sized refrigerator, oven, microwave, and stackable washer and dryer machines tucked at the end. A large farmhouse sink gives you ample room for washing dishes while looking out the window.
Past the kitchen and laundry area is the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a large built-in storage and entertainment area. The sliding doors open to reveal large closets on each side.
Above the bedroom is a large loft with the second bedroom. It’s also spacious with plenty of room for a king-sized bed or two twins. There’s plenty of headroom and the wide windows can slide open to let fresh air in.
An area on the front of the loft is barricaded for safety and can be used for a lounge area or storage.
Back downstairs, a large bathroom has more than you may expect to find in a tiny house. A large shower and tub combo is on one wall with built-in storage next to it.
There’s also a vanity with storage under the sink and a flushable toilet all the size of what you’d find in a traditional home.
