The outcome of their dream is a beautiful place with luxurious tiny house plans like the one we’re about to share with you. This model has 399 square feet, sells for $59,900 and can be placed on any of their open sites, perhaps even by a peaceful pond!

Inside, the home features high-end wood cabinets and floors with creamy walls and tons of room to spread out in.
The living room has windows on both sides so it’s a bright place to gather with your family. An indention in the wall gives you the perfect place to mount a flat-screen TV and there’s enough room for a full-sized couch as well as a small dining table.
The kitchen is expansive and offers all of the amenities you’d find in a traditional house including full-sized appliances and tons of upper and lower cabinets.
You definitely won’t run out of room in this kitchen with so many cabinets and drawers! You also have lovely quartz countertops and a double-basin stainless steel sink.
The appliance package in this tiny house is very impressive. It includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove, and a dishwasher!
The hall off of the kitchen leads back to the master bedroom and separate bathroom. To the side of the hall is an actual staircase leading up to the loft.
The bathroom is the size of a normal full-sized bathroom with a flushable toilet, sink vanity, and a shower stall with a sliding glass door.
The master bedroom is just past the bathroom and it features extra-tall ceilings with a ceiling fan. There’s even a full-sized closet and room for a dresser!
An alcove in the bedroom gives you the perfect place for your bed and a large picture window lets natural light flood the room.
Upstairs in the loft, you have tons of room giving you the ability to create two separate spaces which can be used for two sleeping areas or an office and guest bedroom.
