14x14 Modern Dwelling Double Tiny House with Breezeway by Kanga Room Systems

We have another incredible tiny house by Kanga Room Systems to share with you and you’re going to love what these owners did with their 14×14 kits. This tiny house consists of two 14×14 kits that are connected by a breezeway overlooking a huge pool for a tropical setting. The exterior of the home was painted a pale blue color with wood accents and white trim which looks great against the sparkling pool.

This home was designed for maximum relaxation with covered decks and a large breezeway where an outdoor table could be set up for al fresco dining.

The floorplan of the home is dived into two living units each with their own bathrooms and one with the home’s kitchen. It’s the perfect setup for privacy while vacationing with family.

The main building has a built-in bed, kitchen, and bathroom with a small dining table for two.

The kitchen is compact but it gives you plenty of storage, a small refrigerator, and a microwave for heating meals.

The bed for this side is built into a nook with storage underneath and a small TV mounted on the wall. Vertically stacked windows at the foot of the bed and along the rim of the ceiling give the room natural light.

The bathroom for this room is just off of the kitchen and it features a corner shower, sink vanity, flushable toilet, and a modern pendant light for a fun pop of color.

The other unit holds another built-in bed and bathroom but it has more floor space since there’s no kitchen on that side. Instead, a small living area with a couch was set up.
