The Egg Harbor Beach House is a trendy tiny house by Liberation Tiny Homes and it was built with the sole intent for you to give tiny living a try! The 28-foot-long house has white siding on the exterior with warm wood accents and an inviting outdoor area complete with a fire pit and outdoor shower! It’s the perfect place to stay next time you’re in New Jersey.
Inside, the home is super trendy with white walls and wood accents. Simple décor was added and the floorplan is nice and open so you won’t feel too stuffy in this tiny house.
High-end finishes and attention-to-detail were used in this tiny house making the home feel luxurious and modern. A long wooden bar is attached to the wall with low-profile stools that tuck out of the way when not in use. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the home and bring out the wood accents in the kitchen.
The kitchen is well-appointed with white subway tile and white cabinets. Some of the doors have stained wood panels to add interest while the others were left white like the countertops. A full-sized refrigerator was added on the opposite wall and you have countertop appliances like a microwave and cooktop for cooking.
Open shelves were used instead of upper cabinets which reduce the weight of the room in comparison to bulky traditional cabinets.
The living room is on one end of the home and it features a comfy couch and large windows for a bright resting place.
The home’s bathroom is off of the kitchen and it features a modern sink and vanity with a wrap-around window above it. The shower features the same subway tile as in the kitchen and it has a compact tub as a base for soaking.
A storage staircase splits and leads to two lofts. Each has room for a king-sized bed and long windows let fresh air and natural light breeze in.
This is a great tiny house that you can “try on” next time you’re in the New Jersey area! It will sleep four to five guests comfortably and let you see if tiny living is a good fit for you.
