We recently showed you an incredible tiny house at the gorgeous Rochester Place Resort in Ontario, well now we have another one to share with you! The Boakes tiny house is a 530 square foot model currently offered at the resort for $147,900. The charming home has wood siding with corrugated metal accents on its exterior and a sweet little deck to enjoy the lush landscaping.
Inside, the home has light gray walls with dark trim and plenty of windows and sliding glass doors. A large TV is mounted on the wall next to the dining area and living room with a sleek fireplace below it. Light colored hardwood floors run throughout the home and blend well with the gray walls and accents.
The kitchen is off of the living room and is nicely equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove and oven, and plenty of upper and lower cabinets.
The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home giving each guest privacy. The master bedroom has a large closet with room for a large bed while the guest bedroom is smaller with room for a full-sized bed.
This tiny house is great for a getaway with older children since it has a split floorplan with a large living area.
