It’s 400 square feet but with such high ceilings and an open floor plan, it feels much larger!
Before we take you inside, one of the best features of the home is the expansive roof deck that gives you an incredible setting to enjoy the outdoors in!
You also have a covered deck down below for shaded seating.
Inside, the home is even more spacious with wide rooms and tall ceilings. Wide planked wood floors are throughout most of the home and connect the living room and kitchen.
The living room is light and bright thanks to full-height windows on all sides of the room. There’s also a fireplace with a stone mantel to cozy up next to on chilly nights.
The kitchen is absolutely huge with tons of cabinets and side area for a small dining table. You also have full-sized appliances including a dishwasher making this a fully functioning kitchen!
In one of the lofts, you have space for two twin beds and small nightstands to make it perfect for younger guests to escape to away from the adults. Long windows give them plenty of fresh air and light.
The other loft is large enough for a king-sized bed and you still have space to spread out in or place a dresser!
Back downstairs is a traditional bedroom with a queen-sized bed giving you sleeping arrangements for a total of eight guests!
The bathroom is another impressive room with a tall shower stall with a sliding glass door. There’s also a flushing toilet and a custom sink vanity with storage below.
