We’ve come to expect only the best from Rich’s Portable Cabins and the next model we’re going to share with you is no exception. The North Carolina Loft is a 232 square foot home measuring 8 feet wide and 29 feet long. The exterior of the home has beautiful cedar siding with stained trim and a small front porch.
The home features a roll-up canopy that can provide shade while enjoying the outdoors then rolls up back up for easy transport!
Inside, the home with bright thanks to large windows and glass doors throughout. The living area is on the front of the trailer with enough room for a full-sized couch or futon.
The kitchen is in the middle of the home with custom cabinets and compact appliances. A double-basin sink and plenty of counter space make meal prep and cleanup easy.
Next to the kitchen is a full staircase that leads up to the large loft.
The loft is spacious with plenty of space for a bed and furniture such as a dresser or even chairs. The ceiling gives you enough headroom to move around comfortably while large windows help fresh air circulate.
Back downstairs, the bathroom is fully equipped with a custom corner sink and vanity area, a large shower stall, and a flushable toilet. A stackable washer and dryer were added next to the shower as well.
