One of their newest models is currently for sale for $80,000 and comes complete with high-end finishes and quality workmanship in its 320 square foot interior.
The exterior of the home features rustic wood siding with sleek red metal accents for a modern and rustic motif.
Inside, the modern and rustic inspirations continue with multicolored hardwood floors, oak countertops, and cedar shelving.
The kitchen features a thick slab of oak for the long countertop with a huge stainless steel sink and refrigerator. A compact gas cooktop is at the end of the kitchen with a tin tile backsplash and open shelving around the walls.
A custom daybed sits on one wall in the living room and has storage cabinets built under the bench and can also double as a bed for guests when needed.
We love the chandelier chosen for the living area which looks like candles flickering for a soft glow.
The master bedroom is an enclosed room with a full-sized bed and floating shelves. Attractive sconces are on the shiplap walls and you have enough room to move around the bed.
The room even has a small ceiling fan to circulate air and make the room feel breezy and fresh.
The home’s bathroom has something you don’t see too often in tiny houses: a 4-foot tub! The soaking tub has a wooden surround built around it and a bench just outside the tub.
Next to the tub is a small laundry area with stackable washer and dryer units.
The bathroom has a custom sink vanity made from an iron base and wooden countertop with a bowl sink. The door for the bathroom is another custom feature with tons of rustic charm.
