The Unita is a beautiful 24 foot long and with just under 600 square feet, it’s also the longest of the company’s cottages. The tiny house is based on their Ynez model but features a brand new kitchen and Tansu stairs. The base model of the Unita starts at $62,000.
While the outside of the home is definitely pretty, the inside of the house is breathtaking! With a cream and wood color scheme, the home oozes country-chic charm with chunky wood accents. You’ll feel warm and cozy as soon as you step through the door thanks to Unita’s character.
The Tansu stairs are a great addition to the Unita model and serve as a focal point for the home. Each step has storage built into it whether it be a drawer, cabinet, or a cubby. The steps themselves are even wide enough to hold items and still give you room to pass!
One of the large cabinets in the staircase hides a place for a washer and dryer combo. It even has a large cabinet above it for hanging clothes and holding laundry items.
The large loft has plenty of room for a king-sized bed and with double dormers and a pitched ceiling, you’re sure to feel free to move around without getting cramped.
The bathroom is wrapped in white bead board and features a composting toilet with built-in shelves above it.
You also have a full-sized shower stall in the bathroom.
