We covered the Hillcrest and Summerfield models before and now we’re going to share the final model with you, the Bayview. This breezy model comes in three sizes: 170 square feet for $36,995; 204 square feet for $43,995; 255 square feet for $48,995.
This luxurious cottage comes with premium wood paneling and dual pane windows as well as composite asphalt roof panels. Swing open your large French doors and let the air and sunshine flood in while you enjoy the view.
Inside, it’s easy to see why this model is so popular! The interior is kept mostly white with neutral accents for a carefree and beachy feel. Rustic and retro lighting fixtures light up the open floor plan and show off the gorgeous vinyl wood flooring. The sleeping area is on the end of the home and is nestled on top of a custom platform with storage below. It can also double as a daybed during the day.
The kitchen is especially large for such a tiny house with butcher block countertops, a company stove and oven combo, and gorgeous custom cabinetry. We think this is one of the prettiest kitchens we’ve seen and it goes perfectly with a beach setting!
Stools can be pulled up to the end of the counter to grab a bite and then you can rinse off your dishes in the farmhouse sink! Even the door leading to the bathroom has character!
Through that charming door is a bathroom to die for! A custom tile shower gives a luxurious touch unexpected in such a tiny house. You also have a slim custom sink vanity and a traditional toilet.
This is the perfect home to park next to the water somewhere and leave the doors open so you can listen to the waves breaking all day!
