Ready to enjoy another gorgeous tiny house by Pratt Homes? Take a look at the 398.6-square-foot “Fair House.” The exterior has the classic shape of most tiny homes by this company along with the characteristic covered porch with front columns.
It is a home which is pretty, but not unusual, making it compatible with surrounding buildings in most regular neighborhoods.
Here’s what the front porch looks like with some décor. There is room for a couple of chairs if desired.
Beginning our tour in the kitchen, you see that the home comes with a microwave, cooktop, oven, and apartment-sized fridge and freezer. While there are many cabinets, they blend into the walls with the color selected, keeping the feel of the kitchen as open as possible. There is also a flatscreen TV on the left together with a small table for dining.
The cabinetry below the TV screen has room for a Blu-Ray player or console.
The simple black-and-white color scheme makes the appliances stand out as well as the décor on top of the cabinets. A clerestory window over the cabinets along one wall brings in extra light from above.
The colors in the countertops are an ideal complement to the hardwood floor.
It looks like a lovely space to work on food prep while also enjoying TV.
This is a builder which is great about providing double sink basins. The positioning of the sink in the corner is unusual, but very logical.
Here’s an image which shows you how the kitchen connects to the living room. The furnishings and décor give the living room a homey vibe.
The bathroom has a simple, contemporary look to it, and includes a flushing toilet, a cabinet, and some extra counter space. There is also a large shower which includes what looks to be a small seat (though it might just be a large shelf). It has glass doors which are easy to keep clean.
From this angle, you can really appreciate just how many cabinets you have in the bathroom for towels, soap and other supplies.
The bedroom is small and cozy, but there is more than enough floor space, and plenty of room for a comfy bed.
One door leads to the living room and kitchen, while another leads to the bathroom.
There is a chest of drawers in the bedroom with another widescreen TV on top. Next to that is a small closet.
There is enough room for a bedside table on either side of the bed.
