The base model of the Greyson Series (Best) comes with the granite countertops, the solid wood cabinets, and hickory hardwood floors. It also includes a Whirlpool Fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave with a vented hood, and a cooking range. The shower is included as well, and so are the lights.
If you want to purchase additional features such as a washer and dryer, water heater, and upgraded insulation, you can. Note that the screened porch is also an add-on. While this will increase the price, it is a great deal for the money.
