This home was specially designed for a king! One of the only Park Models out there that comfortably fits a king size mattress in the master bedroom.
In this tiny home we explored maximizing the best parts of the house which is the livingroom, bathroom, Bedroom and the kitchen. You will see while still being under the 400 sq. ft. allowed in a park model we were able to fit a full size walk in tile shower with a sink, medicine cabinet and a cabinet above the commode for more storage.
In the livingroom we maximized the living space be doing a recessed entertainment center to avoid taking up that valuable space. This gave us enough room to fit a 98” sectional couch that has a fold out bed. You will see some other creative features like the vaulted tray ceiling with a unique wood accent and LED trim lights and a beautiful waterfall window package on
the front of the home.
Now In the kitchen we know how counter top space is a must, so we adapted a snack bar seating arrangement so up to 4 people can enjoy a nice meal in a casual setting.
