Every now and then we like to share dream-level tiny houses with you so we can collectively sigh over their beauty even if it’s somewhat unattainable! This home is located on the shore of Camano Island in Washington and is 330 square feet of pure perfection. The home listed for sale at $398,000 but was pulled off the market to be used as a long-term rental instead.
With panoramic views of the beach, charming details, and an open layout we’re officially in love with this tiny house!
The front of the home features royal blue siding with cedar shake accents and crisp white trim. On the back of the house, the blue is replaced with all cedar shake siding and oversized glass doors which open up to the deck giving you a massive indoor/outdoor living area.
Inside, the home is basically one large room with a separate bathroom. The walls are painted light blue with white bead board and white beams crossing over the steepled ceilings. A large chandelier hangs down over the middle of the room and adds a romantic touch to the home.
The kitchen and dining areas are on one side of the home with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and white cabinets. Wooden countertops stretch over the multiple cabinets and drawers and a tiled backsplash adds texture and contrast. A small glass table gives you a place to eat without adding bulk to the room.
The bedroom is spacious with incredible views out the sliding glass doors. A queen-sized bed with storage below was chosen although there’s definitely room for a king. Shelves in the corner of the room give you storage for books and there’s also a TV mounted to the wall.
The bathroom is absolutely exquisite with a jetted tub set in front of a wide window. There’s also a toilet and pedestal sink. This is a bathroom that we could definitely unwind in!
When you’re needing a little more space to spread out, simply walk outside the folding doors onto the expansive wood deck that steps down towards the beach and fire pit area. There’s even a sunning deck by the water! What more could you ask for?
While this particular tiny house may be in a higher price bracket than most tiny house lovers are looking for, we still think it’s fun to dream every now and then! Plus, it gives us inspiration for décor and layout options.
