When Joshua Ulrich Hernandez started working on his tiny house, originally he was going to live in it. Since his life situation changed however, he decided he would put it up for sale. He describes the house as, “a good project for someone who wants to put some finishing aesthetic touches on tiny house that is almost complete.” Let’s have a look.
The house measures 24 feet in length by 8 feet in width and 13.5 feet in height. The roof needs a bit of work and there is no paint applied yet to the siding, but the exterior is otherwise more or less complete.
The sliding door you see in this photo has blinds incorporated right into the glass. That way you do not have to dust them.
A standard 2 5/16″ ball hitch is all you need to haul the trailer.
While the house is fairly sparse in the window department, it offers more in the way of privacy than a lot of other tiny houses.
The interior is where you will need to do the most work. A lot has already been done for you however. You need to install the tanks for fresh and graywater, but they are provided along with the house at no added cost. The home has already been outfitted with plumbing, and includes an incinerating toilet. This eliminates the need for a blackwater tank.
A shower is included as well as a sink in the kitchen and another in the bathroom. Installation is still required for the sinks, but you get a cabinet with the kitchen. A sliding door has been installed already to section off the bathroom from the main living area.
