This next tiny house is by Uncharted Tiny Homes based out of Phoenix, Arizona. With 310 square feet packed onto a 30-foot gooseneck trailer, it’s a big boy and gives you plenty of space to spread out with two bedrooms and large living spaces. This exact model runs $90,000 however you can get a pared down version of it for $65,000.
The exterior of the home is wrapped in light gray siding with teal accents and a metal roof. It’s a fairly plain look, but the inside is definitely not boring!
Large storage closets are on the back of the home giving you a place to store propane tanks and it also holds some of the equipment for the home.
Inside, the home has light wood siding with gorgeous hardwood floors and tongue and groove ceilings. The floor plan is open and bright with tons of natural lighting coming in through the multiple windows throughout the home.
A large living area is in the front of the home with enough space for a full-sized couch that can be converted into a guest bed when needed. Mounting a TV on the wall across from the couch eliminates the need for furniture and keeps the ladder access to the loft free.
A large kitchen is off of the living room with tons of cabinets and drawers for storage lining both sides of the room. Butcher block countertops give you space to prepare meals and you also have a cooktop and refrigerator.
There’s plenty of room to add an oven to this kitchen if you choose to. Or, you can just use a small countertop appliance or grill instead.
Behind the kitchen are a bathroom and laundry room with custom cabinets built around the washing and drying machine.
Across from the sink is a large glass shower stall with a composting toilet next to it. You can also choose a flushing toilet instead.
Back in the main area, you have two large bedrooms. The sleeping loft is over the kitchen with tons of space for a mattress and bedside tables.
The room is deep with wide windows letting in natural light and fresh air. There’s even room for a rug at the end of the bed.
Back downstairs, the other bedroom is off of the living room over the gooseneck of the trailer.
This large room holds two twin beds and is set up for kids right now. However, you could go with a king-sized bed and have space for a full-sized dresser making it feel more like a traditional bedroom.
This home offers so much room and comfort that it’s hard to call it a “tiny” house! If you’re interested in the Bunkhouse by Uncharted Tiny Homes, go to http://www.unchartedtinyhomes.com/the-bunkhouse/ for more information and details.
