The house is ready to go off-grid thanks to the 1000-watt solar panels. Or you can hook it up to city utilities using the installed hookups and outlets. It also has ample storage on the back of the house for bulky items.
The exterior has pine siding that was kept natural to show its beauty. We love the simplicity and unfussy design. If you love it too, it can be yours for $64,200!
Inside, the home is full of light and painted in cheery pale yellow. We love how bright and happy this house feels!
The living area is nice and open and has a built-in work station under one of the lofts. An attached ladder is on the wall so you don’t have to deal with a cumbersome ladder that takes up precious floor space.
This space is being used as an office with a nice computer area and plenty of room to spread out.
This loft can be used for storage or a small mattress. With all of those windows, there’s plenty of light and fresh air for either!
The second loft is used as the master bedroom and is also full of light thanks to the windows and one of the two skylights. It would be so nice to lie there at night and look at the stars!
You also have cubbies for storage that even provide a little privacy.
Back downstairs, the kitchen has a full-sized stove and oven and a large countertop for prepping meals. You also have plenty of closed storage for all of your kitchen tools and dishes.
The staircase leading to the main loft has storage built into the steps and a washer/dryer combo is tucked under it as well. And don’t miss that great wood burning stove!
