Tiny Home Features
- The loft, pull-out couch, and bed mean you can sleep up to 6 people in this camper!
- All the appliances come with the remodeled tiny house, making it nearly move-in ready.
- The furnace is a nice touch and is not commonly found in typical tiny homes.
- Durable, versatile, and waterproof, the vinyl flooring adds to the overall aesthetic of the camper.
On the outside, there’s practically no difference between this and any other 2002 Sunnybrook. 4738 lbs of GVWR on a 27 x 8-foot footprint with dual axles means towing even with a non-heavy-duty truck will do the trick. Two doors mean you have a separate entry into the bedroom, which is always a nice plus.
Head inside to find yourself in the living space, which divides itself into the living area and the kitchenette. A 3-seater couch pulls out into a bed that sleeps 2. The table serves double duty for dining and working and sits four. Some cabinetry above the sofa provides additional storage, while the loft takes care of the rest.
Adjacent to the dining table starts the countertop of the kitchenette with cabinetry that flanks the appliances: the microwave, cooktop with oven, and dual sink. The window by the sink, while small, is still enough to provide adequate natural light and airflow when needed.
The bathroom features all the essentials with a few additions: the toilet, the vanity sink, and the shower that has a ceramic tile backsplash and a skylight. Adequate space remains for you to move around without feeling cramped.
At the far end lies the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and sufficient cabinetry all around it to make up for a lack of closet space. The end tables, while a miniscule addition, make the remodeled tiny house look much more aesthetic and homey.
One bit of repair is necessary in the bedroom: the roof shows some signs of leakage, which shouldn’t take too much to fix up properly. The previous owner had installed a rubber roof, which should be easier and cheaper to fix.
