A lot of the tiny houses that we see are geared more towards the female fan base or are at least more neutral in nature. But this tiny house in Fort Scott, Kansas breaks the mold and is decidedly masculine! Called the Bushwhacker, this 24-foot-long, 8’6” wide tiny house was designed by Cabin MFG with the hunter in mind.
While it’s only 214 square feet, it has everything a hunter needs while tracking down their prey or just escaping to the wilderness. The exterior has a tough industrial look to it and wouldn’t scare the wildlife away if parked in the woods.
Inside the hunting cabin, you have two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining space, plus a living room. Everything tired hunters need after a long day! The design was kept rustic with lots of heavy wood including the reclaimed wood floors.
Leading up to the kitchen is a long dining area with stools that tuck underneath and huge windows to look out while you enjoy a bowl of stew.
There are plenty of cabinets for storage on the other side of the dining area. We also love the industrial lighting fixtures the chose for the house.
The large drawer of the storage cabinet was custom designed for a hunter’s needs.
Here are two more of the fixtures that go perfectly with the rustic charm of the Bushwhacker.
The bathroom is surprisingly nice for a hunter’s cabin and features stone tile walls and a full-sized toilet.
The shower is large enough for a big hunter but pretty enough if his wife tags along for the trip.
The kitchen has a smaller but gorgeous copper sink and limestone countertops.
You have an electric cooking top and microwave plus a full-sized refrigerator.
The living area is nice and large with enough room for plenty of seating. You even have a TV mounted on the wall or you can enjoy the scenery out the large windows.
The loft bedroom has enough room for a large bed and has large windows to let light and air flood in.
The best part about this tiny hunting cabin is that it’s for sale! Cabin MFG is making room to build their next model so they’ve priced it to sell at $65,000. If you’re interested in it, go to http://tinyhouselistings.com/listing/bushwhacker-tiny-house-
