8’ x 18’ is small even by tiny house standards—that is just 144 square feet to live in. You might think that would be a challenge, but it isn’t when you have a beautifully designed tiny cabin which offers all you need under its own small roof. Such is the case with the Side Porch Cabin from Yahini Homes.
Here is the house perched on a hillside. Like many other Yahini homes (and unlike most tiny houses), it has the door situated along the longer face of the home. There is a wide, sheltered porch, offering some outdoor living space.
The kitchen is a prominent feature inside the home—as is commonly the case with tiny houses. Despite the small stature of the house, there is ample space to work with and quite a bit of storage for dishes, cutlery, and more.
As best I can tell, that little door leads to the bathroom.
I wish we could get a better look!
Here is a closer look at the kitchen. It looks like that is actually a pretty large sink. The window above it makes for a lovely view while washing the dishes. You can also see a stovetop and what looks like a mini-fridge.
If you were wondering where the bed is, you can see that it is along the back wall right next to the kitchen. A big window next to it provides lots of light and another lovely view outside.
This cozy little rustic cabin looks like a wonderful place to move into! Learn more at Yahini Homes.
