Here at iTinyHouses, we love Timbercraft Tiny Homes. This company has come up with some incredible designs which are well worth sharing. If you check our archives, you will find some very appealing tiny houses in the mid to upper price range. Here is another worth exploring, the $89,000 Denali.
This lovely tiny house includes plenty of loft space and a side and rear door. The rear door opens out onto a little porch with an awning.
You can also put up a side porch for even more outdoor space.
The Denali looks quite at home in its surroundings.
The windows open outward, preserving indoor space and bringing in fresh air.
One special feature of this tiny house is the outdoor shower:
It even includes hooks so you can hang your towels. Now let’s head inside.
The interior of the home features gorgeous hardwood floors and an equally beautiful hardwood ceiling. Some cozy rugs add softness to the space, giving it a homey ambiance.
The kitchen is quite large, with a full-size fridge and freezer, a big sink, lots of counter space, and an oven and stovetop.
There is a washing machine built right into the wall of the bathroom. This is awesome, as it takes up no space at all, but provides you with that much-needed convenience which is missing in many other tiny homes.
There is a full-size tub you can relax in.
Have pets? Don’t worry about their dishes being underfoot. You can conveniently slide them in or out using this cool feature.
This view from above does a great job showing off the layout of the tiny house and giving you a feel for its size.
Here is a different view of the living space looking back toward the kitchen from the sofa. You can see the stairs which lead up to the loft. I really like the architectural choice to make a lower steepled ceiling over the kitchen, because it splits off the space a bit, making the kitchen feel like its own world. The warm, soft lighting also gives it a warm atmosphere.
The bed in this tiny house comes with built-in storage underneath.
While the loft is small and there is almost no space around the bed, there is a higher ceiling so that you can actually sit upright. You can also get a cross-breeze through the windows for natural ventilation.
Facing the stairs, you can see that there is actually a little bit of floor space to that side of the bed. There is also a roomy closet.
What? A second bathroom? Nope—I believe this is just a second option you can pick for the same (single) bathroom. You can see that this one includes a totally different shower option with a glass door.
The Denali offers lots of storage space.
Now this is interesting. Here we have a different version of the same interior, and you can see that the steepled ceiling has a practical purpose. If desired, a floor can be put in and it can serve as another loft.
