I have (of course) another Park Model Homes tiny house to share with you all today. This home went to a customer in Washington state. Even though the house is no longer available, Park Model Homes accepts commissions and can easily create homes like those they have in the past.
The tiny house was photographed on a beautiful blue day, which was a good decision by the photographer as it draws immediate attention to the deep blue eaves and blue-and-white trim around the windows.
There is an upstairs loft with what looks like a good amount of space and light.
Bear with me since the photos were uploaded in a fairly random order. In the bathroom, the vanity features an appealing backsplash and countertop.
Now, we are taking a look at the kitchen. Even though we have just jumped from the bathroom to the kitchen, this is a great opportunity to point out that the same backsplash that we saw in the bathroom also is used in the kitchen.
Although this photo is unclear in terms of context, I’m pretty sure that we’re looking at the space where the bed belongs downstairs. To the left is likely a bedside table, and above are the cabinets which go over the bed.
These are the stairs leading to the loft.
The tile backsplash appears above the toilet as well, with a small shelf below the cabinets.
Roomy shower stalls are something Park Model Homes excels with. The glass door is easier to keep clean than a curtain would be, and better for containing moisture as well. This is important in a tiny bathroom.
We are standing in the kitchen here. You can just see the fridge to the right.
This photo does a wonderful job showing off those beautiful windows fronting the tiny house. They offer an impressive view outside, framing the scenery beautifully as well.
If I’m not mistaken, we are looking up at the loft here. This type of railing does reduce the openness of the tiny house a little, but it adds a bit of privacy for the loft.
Park Model Homes always packs in a lot of storage cabinets throughout the house. In a tiny house, you can never have too many places to put things.
There are multiple mirrors above the bathroom sink, one of which is delightfully large. It would be a pleasure to get ready for the day in this bathroom.
Check out the huge fridge and freezer. There is more than enough space for all your food storage needs, and a little extra room a top for storage or décor.
This tiny house even has a lovely little fireplace.
This photo again shows off the backsplash as well as the tremendous amount of counter space ready to work on. I like the inclusion of cabinets with doors and also a few open cabins to store some items which you might want to grab frequently.
Park Model Homes favors these light fixtures which extend down quite a bit from the high ceilings but do not take up a lot of space. Their slender design keeps the living area filling open.
Here’s another photo which gives you even more of a feel for the spaciousness of the loft. Even though there is not a bed installed in this photo, you can envision one against the back wall, and you can see how that high, narrow window would be just above the head of the bed. This is quite a smart design. A lot of tiny house lofts do not even attempt to put in a back window.
That window seat could be quite comfy with a cushion.
There is an oven, cooktop, microwave and sink ready in the kitchen.
The sheer amount of closet space in the bedroom is nothing short of magnificent.
