The tiny house I am sharing with you today by Park Model Homes was designed in collaboration with the customers who ordered it for delivery to Colorado. While there are only a few photos of the house, they will leave you wanting more because it is a breathtaking home.
The customers who ordered this tiny house opted for dark blue siding and white trim. The two colors contrast magnificently with each other, emphasizing the large windows along the side of the house.
The other side of the home does not feature quite so many windows, but with the large glass doors and the high windows overhead, you can guess that plenty of light is able to enter the interior. I love that this house was photographed on a bright blue day, because that really draws emphasis to the vivid navy color of the siding.
This interior photo shows off the layout of the tiny house and how open and spacious it is. The customers chose white as the predominant color, which lends itself to this roomy look and feel. You can also see that there is a ton of light streaming in from all sides in the house. A ceiling fan helps to circulate air and keep the home cool during the summer.
Bay windows like these do a lot to increase the sense of roominess in a tiny house. They push the walls outward, and in doing so, also allow for more window overall.
The minimalist light fixtures do a great job not intruding on the space.
A close look at the kitchen reveals stunning countertops, a double sink with a wide window over top, a fridge and freezer, and oven and cooktop, and a microwave. The fridge and freezer look positively enormous. It looks like custom cabinetry is been installed to make the best possible use of all the available space.
From what I can tell, this is the loft, though it looks a lot more spacious than your average tiny house loft. I wish there were a way to get a better feel for how much vertical space there is here.
There’s even a downstairs bedroom with full cabinetry already installed along with bedside tables.
There is so much closet space! There are also already large mirrors installed on the closet doors.
