There are so many gorgeous tiny houses designed by Park Model Homes, and our goal is to share them all with you. Here is one you are going to love if you’ve been searching for a home with an amazing downstairs bedroom!
Even though it doesn’t look like there are a lot of windows on this side of the house, there’s plenty of light inside, and a little bit more privacy than some other models afford.
As you can see, the windows at the end of the house are positively gorgeous.
The photos were uploaded in a bit of an odd order, so we will begin our tour in the bathroom. The vanity is small, but looks like it has a little bit of extra counter space on the left-hand side, and plenty of drawer and cabinet space below. To the right is the shower with a glass door.
The ground floor bedroom is flat-out exciting. Not only does it exist (many tiny houses lack this feature), but it is spacious, full of light, and the bed is positively surrounded by windows. Even several years ago, I would’ve thought finding a bedroom like this in a tiny house would be almost impossible.
It really was very clever making the back wall protrude outward like this. Even though there is wall space between the windows, the effect is that of a large bay window with the bed set back inside of it. The large mirror installed on the closet door is also a nice touch.
The bedroom is definitely worth admiring from every angle. I can say without having to think very hard about it that this is the most beautiful tiny house bedroom I’ve seen yet.
Here, you can take a look at the floor plan. This is where the brilliance of Park Model Homes begins.
This is the main living area. You can see the same beautiful window that was so eye-catching from outside. It looks just as lovely from indoors, lending an already elegant space some extra sophistication.
Park Model Homes has a serious talent for making tiny spaces look expansive.
The loft space could serve as a second bedroom, or could be used for any other function you see fit.
Low cabinets pull double duty as benches. There is a lot of open floor space here just waiting to be utilized.
Along with spacious layouts, it is all be little details of craftsmanship which make Park Model Homes so incredible.
The light fixtures in the living area bring artistic flourishes to the space, but are minimal enough to maintain the openness.
Additional overhead lights can be directed as needed. This is a really cool feature, and something I would love to start seeing in more tiny homes.
Beneath the loft is the kitchen, featuring a beautiful tile backsplash which contrasts magnificently with the white cabinets.
Any chef should be more than impressed with the amount of space in this tiny house kitchen.
Looking past the fridge and freezer, you can see where the kitchen connects to the ground floor bedroom.
