There are so many gorgeous tiny houses on the market right now! One which really caught my eye is the Carmel house by Seabreeze Tiny Homes.
The light blue color of the siding is evocative of the ocean, accented as it is by the darker blue used on the roof and the door. The colors stand out, but not to an eccentric degree.
Here you can see the main living space, which is dominated by the kitchen. I do not know what the measurements of this house are, but it certainly looks like a much roomier accommodation than most tiny houses, while still sharing the same basic layout. The openness of the space is maintained by the minimalist railing fronting the loft. I would be interested to know what the vertical dimensions of the interior are.
The loft itself is a standout feature. This is one of the largest lofts I have ever seen in a tiny house. It is so spacious that originally I actually mistook it for ground floor bedroom with a low ceiling. It doesn’t more luxurious than this.
In the bathroom, you have everything you need. The vanity includes a stylish oval-shaped mirror and a beautiful counter around the sink. You will notice that the counter is made of the same material that is featured in the kitchen. You can also see the toilet in the shot.
In the kitchen, you can cook on a four-burner stovetop or inside a full-size oven.
Here is one more breathtaking view of the spacious tiny house. It is impossible to imagine ever feeling cramped in such a well-designed home.
If you would like to learn more, you can visit Seabreeze Tiny Homes or view the house’s listing on Tiny House Marketplace. There the home is listed for sale for $66,900.
