If you like the idea of living in a tiny house, but you also want to make sure that you have plenty of space, the tiny homes by Park Model Homes are sure to impress you. This model is called 1963-CT. The particular house you see here was purchased by a customer in Colorado Springs.
You can see from a glance that this tiny house is going to be pretty roomy. There is a strong emphasis on outdoor space, which is common with tiny houses by Park Model Homes.
One of the best reasons to live in a tiny house is to stay connected with the great outdoors. With a large, sheltered patio like this, you can look forward to spending lots of hours looking out at the scenery and breathing the fresh air.
From this angle, you can appreciate the size of the sheltered porch even more.
Even with the stepladder and other work equipment still sitting in the house in this photo, the interior looks incredible.
Cabinetry is plentiful, and there is a full-size fridge and freezer.
This is what the kitchen looks like standing in the living room. A narrow flight of stairs leads up to the loft.
The bathroom is particularly appealing thanks to be artistic tiles in the shower, which also includes a full-size bathtub.
I found this photo to be the confusing initially. If it helps, this is an overhead perspective. We are looking down from the loft at the kitchen. You can see the countertop on right along with the sink and fridge. The photo does well to show off the hardwood floor.
In this photo, you can see where the bathroom is located relative to the rest of the house. The entrance is to the right of the stairs across from the oven.
My guess is that we are now in the back bedroom. But I could be mistaken.
When you purchase a tiny house from Park Model Homes, you can opt to have all your kitchen appliances already installed and ready to use after everything is hooked up at your site.
That little extra bit of countertop above the toilet would be perfect for a small potted plant or some other simple decor.
Here’s another view from the kitchen looking out the front doors to the patio.
